The iPod is a great invention but here is the deal...
1. You buy the music, you can only burn a playlists 7 times, then caput, even if it is your music, you paid for on CD!
2. You can auth. 5 computers, but only sync with one? WTF? Makes it almost useless...
3. It says it can sync with your PC (non Mac), but only the contacts from Outlook move over, nothing else ie: Notes, tasks, calendar etc...
~~ Then it crashes the PC :-0
4. Easy button nukes all of your music on your PC when syncing to a new PC...
5. No easy way to convert all of your legal movies to Pod Cast format w/o knowing how to rip videos already...
6. iTunes Store - Sigining up forces you to put in a credit card, no matter what...
(Then you can get a pre paid card and then nuke the credit card info. but do they still keep it? If so kill the card...)
7. Great idea, too much control, not enough music on the iTunes site to warrant using it all the time instead of real CD's...
8. Not enough power to really fully power up a decient pair of headphones: Sony MDR 7509, bass is distorted, unless you chosse the Treble booster, and reduce the bass over all in the EQ...
Will use the iPod to drown out the kids/twinados with headphones...
