Well we are renting a house down here in peach tree city. Mostly because we still own our first house in the tundra still. Hopefully we will close this week, but who knows. Maybe we will be heading back up to the Arctic in August?
As much as I like not having a mortgage, I don't like having to pay someone else's... and a slum lords life is not for me...
